Crock Pot Recipe

I love using my Crock Pot, and I have a recipe I wanted to share with you today that is one of Mr. S.'s favorite dishes that I make. It is called Cheesy Crockpot Chicken and here is what you need to make it:

Yep, that's all! A package of boneless/skinless chicken breasts, 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup and 1 can of Cheddar Cheese Soup. All you do is rinse your chicken and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Put them in the bottom of your crock pot. In a small bowl, mix together the soups (undiluted) ... I also add a 4 ounce can of chopped green chiles, but that is optional!

Pour the soup mixture over your chicken breasts and cook it on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles (we always use rice, it is delicious!) You'll have lots left over, but it is even better the next day. Sure hope you give this one a try, you won't be disappointed!

  1. Thanks Sandy, I'll try this on the weekend. I'll let you know how it turns out. I'm going for the chilies too.

  2. Thank you so much for the kind words on my blog Sandy. Really means a lot. And please keep praying.

  3. I'm always on the look out for simple crock pot recipes. I love the look of this one!
