Have You Tried These Yet?

I'm making this Quesadilla Casserole for dinner tonight .... I'll let you know how it turns out.

    I love Mexican food and no, I've not seen these yet and don't expect to anytime soon. Where I live it's a bit "behind the times" but I know how to select spices having learned a few good recipes from my ex-MIL who was Hopi Indian...we budded heads a lot, but I LOVED her cooking and that won me a few points with her :-)
