It was yummy, as always. For dessert there was pumpkin pie and brownies (sorry, no photos of those!)
Everyone loved their gift bags, which included their kitchen towel rings made to match their kitchen colors and assorted Easter chocolates:
Here's some of what we did:
Sorry for the blurry photo, still trying to get used to my new camera. This will definitely be something I plan on doing again (thanks Karin for the inspiration!) Hope everyone is having a very Happy Monday.
Sounds like a fun gathering. I love getting together with people who share my interests. There's always such camaraderie and that taco soup sounds delish!
ReplyDeleteHave a good day!

Oh, how fun! I'm so jealous that I couldn't come. Glad y'all liked the taco soup.
ReplyDeleteSo, tell me again how you organized your craft day. It sounds like a blast!
ReplyDeleteKeri, was not much to it. I just invited people via Facebook or email (so much easier than calling everyone!) and asked them to bring a craft project with them. Pammy's taco soup was a no brainer, easy to make and a crowd pleaser (just do a search on her website for the recipe if you don't already have it). I just decided to make little gift bags, just to thank everyone for attending. Those towel rings do not take any time at all to make.. is a quick and easy project and something anyone can use. That was really about it! Hope you try it, it was loads of fun.
ReplyDeleteSo fun! Glad you made it happen. Reminds me I need to get my next one on the calendar. I plan to do at least one every month...
ReplyDeleteGift bags even - what a great hostess you are!!!
Thanks for your comment on my blog - loving your site and your creations!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a fantastic idea. It looks as though you all had a great time!
